| Abstract: | The management of the entire science and technology management is an important component part of scientific and technological achievements management in China.This paper starts with the status quo of management to analyse the status and role, the main content and the results achieved of the scientific and technological achievements management. By analyzing the existing problems of management at this stage, this paper proposes the development of measures of results-based management in new era. |
