| 摘 要： | 韧性社区是继智慧城市之后出现的一种新的城市治理理念,旨在提高社区应对各类危机的能力。文章以文化服务为切入点,论述韧性社区建设与图书馆之间的关联,针对空间、资源和服务等核心要素,提出社区图书馆参与韧性社区建设的主要方式和手段。

| Abstract: | Resilient Community is a new concept of urban governance that emerged after Smart City,aiming to improve the ability of communities to cope with various crises.Taking cultural service as the starting point,the paper discusses the relationship between Resilient Community construction and libraries.Focusing on core elements such as space,resources and services,the paper proposes the main ways and means for community library to participate in the construction of Resilient Community. |
