| 摘 要： | 检索CNKI及万方数据库收录的关于图书馆精准学科服务的相关文献,利用书目共现分析系统BICOMB2.0生成词篇矩阵数据,并运用双向聚类方法,以图形聚类工具gCluto1.0软件进行分析。根据聚类分析结果,总结出4个研究类别,热点关键词主要有学科服务、高校图书馆、精准服务和精准营销。精准学科服务成为国内图书馆的一个热门话题,但目前主要集中在概念、理论、可行性等方面,如何实现精准化的学科服务及相应模型构建将是重点方向。

| Abstract: | To search the related literature about the precise subject service in libraries collected from CNKI and Wanfang databases,the paper generates the word matrix data by BICOMB2.0,and analyzes with the graphical clustering tool gCluto1.0.According to the results of cluster analysis,the literature can be divided into 4 clusters,and the hot keywords are subject service,university library,precision service and precision marketing.Precision subject service has become a hot topic in domestic libraries,but it still focuses on concept construction,theoretical accessibility,so how to achieve precision subject service and corresponding model construction will be the key direction. |
