| 摘 要： | 我国现行的城市经济适用房政策在实际运作中出现的种种问题,引起了社会各方争议,实际效果也不尽理想。从公共政策的视角对现行的城市经济适用房政策进行反思,解读城市中低收入群体住房难问题,明确政府责任,维护社会公正,整合公共资源,从而构建多种资源配置方式相互补充的城市住房供给体系。
