| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、比较法、实地考察法对湘西少数民族地区民俗体育的起源和地域特征进行了分析,并提出政府有组织的加以挖掘、整理和保护;发挥地域特征,提升湘西少数民族地区民俗体育经济、文化、社会效益;大力宣传,塑造品牌,开发湘西少数民俗体育旅游资源为湘西少数民族地区民俗体育的基本发展对策。试图为湘西大发展规划提供有益的参考。
