| 摘 要： | 教育部长周济曾经说过：高职院校科技创新与产学研相结合机制，应以实现“建立以企业为龙头、市场为导向、科技为前提、产学研相结合的技术刨新体系，充分发挥高职院校的自身优势，引导和支持创新要素向企业集聚，促造科技成果向现实生产力转化”为最终目标，茳高职院校建立产学研基地，旨在为校企之间开展产学研合作搭连平台，促进科技成果产业化，提高企业科技创新和市场竞争能力。

| Abstract: | Minister of Education Zhou Ji said: scientific innovation with production,learning and study combining mechanism of higher vocational college should be based on "the establishment of enterprises as the leading market-oriented,science and technology on the premise that a combination of research technology innovation system and give full play to its advantages of higher vocational colleges,To guide and support enterprises to gather innovative elements to promote scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces "as the ultimate goal.In the higher vocational colleges to establish research base,aimed at high school co-operation between enterprises to build a platform to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,improving scientific and technological innovation and market competitiveness. |
