| Abstract: | Hospital culture is not only an objective requirement of strengthen hospital competition but also an important guarantee of hospital development. Fully activating hospital staffs' activeness and creativity; improving hospital's technical level and serving quality; serving people well and promoting hospital's popularity and fame; these are the important contents of hospital culture. Under the condition of market economy, enriching hospital culture connotation, forming good humanity environment are the guarantee of improving hospital's competitiveness and social economical beneficial. |
