摘 要: | INTRODUCTION Elastase is an enzyme that attacks and solubi-lizes elastin. As elastase can degrade elastin (Mori-hara, 1967) that other proteases cannot; it has broad applications in medical therapy, food processing and daily use chemicals industry.
