| 摘 要： | 电子信用证，是国际贸易的不断深化与科学技术的飞速发展相结合的产物。随着全球贸易竞争的日趋激烈，随着人们对交易效率的不断追求，电子信用证在国际贸易中所具有的重要地位将日益明显。但另一方面，电子信用证的应用对传统的以纸面为基础的信用证制度带来了很大的冲击。文章运用比较、实证、逻辑的方法，对国际贸易中电子信用证安全性的法律问题作了较为系统而深入的研究。

| Abstract: | Electronic letter of credit arises from the combination of the increase of international economy and trade and development of science and technology. With the competition of international trade becoming more and more fierce and with people constantly seeking the business efficiency, the electronic letter of credit is becoming more and more important. But on the other hand, it makes a big shock to the traditional letter of credit system based on paper. Through comparative, logical and positive approaches, this paper makes a comprehensive and profound study of the law problem to safe nature of electronic letter of credit. |
