| 摘 要： | 通过对冀西北坝上四县农村劳动力的抽样调查,掌握了四县农村劳动力的总体状况、特点、数量及增长趋势、文化素质、年龄性别结构和转移情况,在此基础上分析得出四县存有农村劳动力存量大、素质低、从业结构不合理、就业有局限性等状况.

| Abstract: | On the base of random survey of the rural workforce of 4 counties in the northwest area of Hebei Province, the paper presents their general conditions, characteristics, quantities, growing trend,cultural qualities, age and sex structures and movement situations. The conclusion is the rural workforce has such problems as large quantities, lower qualities, improper employment structure and limited jobs. |
