青少年男游泳选手递增负荷下的乳酸/泳速变化分析

摘    要:以7×200m池内递增负荷测试为模式,通过动态血乳酸变化观察青少年游泳运动员乳酸/泳速变化来为青少年游泳运动员生理机能和能量代谢的纵向研究提供参数。15名队员血乳酸峰值的平均值为7.65±2.12mmol/L,两组中男队员的最大血乳酸值有非常显著性差异,两组受试对象的血乳酸峰值均值出现在恢复期的第3分钟;递增负荷测试所获得血乳酸—泳速曲线说明15-16岁组的有氧和无氧能力均好于13-14组,血乳酸指标能较准确地区别游泳运动员机体承受不同负荷的变化。

Abstract:This article takes increasing load of 7×200m as a pattern,through the dynamic blood lactic acid variation to observe lactic acid—speed variation of the teenager swimmers.So the parameter can be provided for longitudinal research of physiology function and the energy metabolism.15 team members blood lactic acid peak value mean value is 7.65±2.12mmol/L,two groups of male team members’ biggest blood acid values has significantly difference,two groups of objects’blood lactic acid peak value both appear in the recovery period 3rd minute;the lactic acid—speed curve of increasing load test explain that 15–16 year-old group has the better oxygen and the non-oxygen ability than 13–14 group,the blood lactic acid can differ the variation of swimmers’body which endure different load accurately.
