| 摘 要： | 要保证民族地区新型的远程开放大学的教育教学质量,就必须建立健全完善的学习支持服务体系.在解读学习支持服务和学习支持服务系统概念的基础上,对内蒙古电大学习支持服务体系的现状进行实证调查统计,围绕开放大学的建设目标,梳理民族地区开放大学学习支持服务体系建设原则,提出了民族地区建设开放大学学习支持服务体系的基本建设框架思路.

| Abstract: | The assurance of the instructional quality of new-typed open universities in ethnic minority areas needs establishing a good learning support service system. Based on the interpretation of learning sup- port services and learning support system concept, an empirical survey of the status quo of learning support system in Inner Mongolia Radio and TV University has been made. The development scheme of Open Uni- versities is discussed to clarify its construction principles of the learning support system in the ethnic mi- nority areas and the basic framework and ideas of constructing the learning support service system has been proposed. |
