| 摘 要： | 情绪感染一直以来吸引着众多研究者的兴趣，随着团队合作的日益重要，情绪感染越来越受到重视。对国内外有关情绪感染的文献进行了整理，论述了情绪感染的定义、情绪感染的测量以及情绪感染的影响因素等相关内容，并对以往的研究进行评价，对未来的研究进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Emotional contagion （EC） always draws the attention of many researches. As teamwork becomes more and more important these days, emotional contagion gains more and more attention. In this paper, we review literatures about emotional contagion at home and abroad, and discuss the definition, measurement and influencing factors of EC. Then we give opinions about previous studies and look into the future studies. |
