| Abstract: | It is a global question that it is difficult for the graduate to be employed,employment situation for some graduates' in our country is becoming more severe in recent years.The key of solving this problem is to strengthen practice teaching,construct the new personnel training mode,improve university students' overall qualities and innovation ability,thus help them to go on the career smoothly. |
