| 摘 要： | 传统的客体性教学导致青少年对体育课产生厌烦情绪 ,进而影响到他们参加体育活动的积极性 ,致使青少年的身心素质逐年下降 ,要改变这种情况 ,必须进行主体性体育教学 ,即能在学习过程中体现学生的主体性(自主性、能动性和创造性 )的教学 .要实现这一点 ,体育教师必须具备学习是学生自己的事情、平等教育、使学生体验成功的三种教学理念 .

| Abstract: | The feeling of adolescent dislike P.E was due to traditional object teaching,thus the quality of adolescent'body and mind diclined year by year. As to change it,we must implement subject teaching of P.E: to lay out independency?activity?and progress of student during teaching. So our P.E teacher must have three piece of idea of teaching: 1.studying is the matter of the student himself; 2.teaching with equality; 3.making student proud of himself everywhere everytime in the class. |
