萨乔万尼学校道德领导理论之中国适应性批判

摘    要:2002年以来,美国教育管理学者萨乔万尼的道德领导理论开始传入中国,国内学者竞相传播,并视之为解决学校领导困境的良药。但是,道德领导理论的文化内核与中国传统文化内核无契合性,而且中国的道德困境使道德领导理论无法扎根立足,最重要的是,道德领导理论不能满足和适应中国教育管理实践需要。基于以上认识,萨氏的道德领导理论在中国没有适应性。

Abstract:Since 2002 Suchwine's moral leading theory has been introduced to China and considered as the key to solve school leaders' troubles.However,there is no coincidence between the cultural core of the moral leading theory and the core of traditional Chinese culture.Moreover the Chinese moral trouble makes it impossible for the moral leading theory to be rooted.What's more important is that the moral leading theory can't meet and suit the need of Chinese education management practice.Thus Suchmine's moral leading theory has no adaptability in China.
