| 摘 要： | 校园体育文化是在长期的教育实践中逐步形成的,是一种文化的历史积淀,它在社会文化环境和学校本身发展的合力作用下形成。文章以科学发展观为指导,对推进校园体育文化建设等方面进行多方位、多视角的探讨,以期对大学生综合素质的全面提高和大学的发展产生积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Sports culture on university campus is to some degree an epitome of social culture and a real component of social culture as well. Based on scientific development outlook, this paper, from multiple perspectives, discusses how to promote sports culture construction on university campus. Some positive impacts on the improvement of comprehensive qualities of students and universities' development are thereupon expected. |
