| 摘 要： | 编辑过程是进一步完善作者成果、提高论文质量的重要环节。在这一环节中提倡人文关怀对期刊的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章认为，科技期刊编辑应具备全方位的服务精神，从每一编辑环节入手，渗透人文关怀理念，尊重作者劳动并维护作者权益，形成编者一作者互动交流的和谐氛围。培养作者的期刊情结，进而促进期刊的高水平发展。

| Abstract: | The editing process plays an important role in improving the quality of a paper.This process involves humanistic concern. A qualified editor should possess obliging spirit,respect the work of an author, and be good at communicating. The harmonious interaction between writers and editors will make the writers like the journals. Meanwhile, the quality of the journals will be improved. |
