小学教师科学素养调查与评价

摘    要:为了解湖州市小学教师科学素养现状,采用问卷调查法对湖州市240名小学教师进行调查分析.结果表明:湖州市小学教师的基本科学素养整体情况不令人满意.城市与农村小学教师的科学素养在整体上存在一定的差异性;学历为大专及以上教师的得分高于其他教师;随着教师年龄的增大,科学素养的得分呈现降低趋势.从任教学科情况来看,数学、语文、科学课教师的得分高于音、体、美等技能课教师.

Abstract:In order to learn about the present situation of the primary school teachers' scientific attainments in Huzhou,the author has investigated 240 primary school teachers in Huzhou by questionnaire,the analysis of which shows that their basic quality in scientific attainments doesn't seem satisfactory.There is a certain difference between the teachers in the city and those in the countryside,and those with higher education are better than those with lower education in scientific attainments.As teachers grow older,their quality in scientific science tends to become poorer.Teachers of math,Chinese and science are better than those skill-teaching teachers of music,physical education,fine arts etc.
