教育需要善意的惩戒

摘    要:随着素质教育的不断深入,“赏识教育”的呼声也越来越高,那么教育究竟还要不要惩?提到惩,人们立刻就和惩罚或是体罚相提并论,从而在教育时瞻前顾后,有时就会丧失教育的最佳时机,往往造成不可弥补的损失。其实适当的惩戒不仅是教育者的权利,也是教育者的义务。惩戒本身并没有错,人们反对的也只是惩罚过度,即体罚。本文试图区分惩戒与惩罚,并提出惩戒的艺术性以及实施惩戒所应该遵循的原则。

Abstract:With the deepening of quality education, "appreciation education" has been paid more and more attention. When it comes to reprimand, people always equate it with punishment or corpal punishment and show hesitation, sometimes which actually causes loss to students. In fact, appropriate reprimand is not only the educators' right but also their obligations. What's wrong is only excessive punishment, namely corpal punishment. This thesis tries to distinguish reprimand from punishment and brings up the artistic quality and principle of reprimand.
