| 摘 要： | 深圳创业板市场重点支持和鼓励自主创新及其他成长型中小企业上市,对于我国体育产业公司的资金筹措与长远发展将产生积极的影响.广大中小型体育产业公司应抓住有利时机,提升企业自主创新能力和核心技术竞争力,争取在创业板市场上市融资.由于创业板市场具有远远高于主板市场的风险,基于对创业板市场各种风险的担忧,着重分析了在创业板上市所面临的潜在风险,可以为拟计划的上市体育产业公司企业考虑风险控制机制提供认识基础.
