| 摘 要： | 区域经济规划对于区域经济的发展具有重要指导和推动作用。区域经济规划的执行效果直接影响区域经济的发展速度和质量，经济规划执行中必需的投入要素的边际效应决定了规划执行的总效应。本文研究分析一组对于规划执行具有重要影响的因素的边际效应变动情况．以期引起对于经济规划执行的边际效应问题的重视．不断提高经济规划执行的效果。
