| 摘 要： | 针对脱硫灰渣中无水硫酸钙、游离氧化钙影响水泥产品性能等问题，采用机械研磨、化学激发剂联合激发方式对脱硫灰渣进行预处理。实验结果表明，脱硫灰渣的合适改性条件如下：脱硫灰渣与水的质量比为1∶1，激发剂加入量为灰渣质量的0．2％，球磨机转速为300 r/min ，研磨时间为60 min ，脱硫灰渣经研磨处理继续浸泡48 h。水泥掺合实验表明，当脱硫灰渣的掺合质量分数不超过20％时，水泥产品的性能能够满足32．5号水泥的质量要求。

| Abstract: | Anhydrous calcium sulfate and free calcium oxide in the desulphurized ash have a bad effect on the properties of cement .A ball mill and chemical activator are used for modifying desulphurized ash ,and the proper treatment conditions is selected as ：the mass ratio of desulphurized ash to water is 1∶1;the optimum concentration of chemical activator added into desulphurized ash is 0 .2% ;the converted speed of ball mill is 300 r/min;the grinding time is 60 min ,and the desulphurized ash is continued to be soaked for 48 hours after modified by ball and activator .The cement admixture experiment shows that the properties of cement can achieve the level of 32 .5#cement when the mass of desulphurized ash added into cement is great than 20% . |
