丙烯酸高级酯聚合物增粘作用的试验研究

摘    要:丙烯酸十二酯以外的其它丙烯酸高级酯的均聚物及与第二单体 A(丙烯腈)的共聚物对标准基础油基本无降凝效果,但应对润滑油有较好的增粘作用。采用溶液聚合方法,用正交试验法对丙烯酸十二酯以外的其它丙烯酸高级酯与第二单体A进行聚合试验,将聚合物以质量分数为1%的添加量加入到润滑油基础油中,对调合油的粘度进行测定,以增比粘度ηsp 、粘温指数 Q和粘度指数VI为考察目标,探讨丙烯酸十二酯以外的其它丙烯酸高级酯的均聚物及与第二单体 A的共聚物对润滑油基础油的增粘作用。

Abstract:The copolymers ,synthesized by copolymerization of higher acrylic ester except dedecyl acrylate and the second monomer A (acrylonitrile) ,have no depressant effect on standard base oil .But the homopolymers or copolymers of other higher acrylic ester except dedecyl acrylate have good thickening effect on lubricating oil .It is studied that higher acrylic ester except dedecyl acrylate copolymerized with the second monomer A in solution by orthogonal test method ,the copolymers added into base oil of lubricating oil at 1% (wt ) ,and the viscosity of blending oil is determined .We investigate the viscosity effect of the copolymer of higher acrylic ester except dedecyl acrylate and second monomer A on base oil of lubricating oil by exploring specific viscosity and viscosity temperature index Q .
