| 摘 要： | 以国家示范性高职院校柳州职业技术学院为个案，探究依托柳州地方电力企业，将供用电技术专业技能竞赛的舞台搬到企业，实施校企深度合作开展专业技能竞赛的创新举措，分析校企深度合作的供用电技术专业技能竞赛在提高人才培养质量、校企合作深度融合以及教师双师素质培养等方面所取得的成效，以促进和推动高职院校教育教学的改革与发展。

| Abstract: | Taking national demonstrative higher vocational colleges, Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College as a case, this arti- cle explores relying on Liuzhou local electric power enterprise, power supply technology professional skills competition is moved to the stage of enterprise, by implementing the innovation of depth cooperation between university and enterprise cooperation analysing the result of improving training quality of power supply professional talent and integration of depth cooperation be- tween college and enterprise so as to promote the reform and development of higher education. |
