农村幼儿教师主观幸福感状况的调查研究

摘    要:目的研究农村幼儿教师幸福感的现状及其影响因素。方法采用《综合幸福问卷》对江西省256名农村幼儿教师进行研究。结果未婚教师幸福指数高于已婚教师,男性教师幸福指数高于女性教师,私立幼儿园教师幸福指数高于公办幼儿园教师,非正式编制教师幸福指数高于正式编制教师,31~40岁教师幸福指数最高,大专学历教师幸福指数最高。结论把握农村幼儿教师幸福感的特征,努力提升他们的幸福感,这是加强农村幼儿教师队伍建设的必要条件。

Abstract:Purpose: preschool teachers' sense of happiness research status and its influence factors. Method: using the" Multiple Happiness questionnaire" conducts the research to the Jiangxi province 256 kindergarten teachers in rural areas. result: unmarried teachers" happiness index is higher than married teachers, Male teachers' than higher female teachers" happiness index, private kindergarten teachers' happiness index higher than public kindergarten teachers', informal teachers' happiness index is higher than that of the formal establishment of teachers, 31-40 teachers have the highest happiness index as well as, college teachers. Verdict: grasp the characteristics of rural preschool teachers' well-being, make efforts to improve their happiness. It is a necessary condition to strengthen the construction of rural preschool teachers.
