石阡苔茶茶多酚超声波辅助提取工艺的响应面优化

摘    要:为了探讨石阡苔茶茶多酚提取的最佳工艺条件,以石阡苔茶为原料,蒸馏水为提取溶剂,采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法,建立了料液比、超声波提取时间、提取温度和超声波功率四因子与茶多酚提取率的回归方程模型。结果表明:超声提取温度为75℃,超声波提取时间为34min,超声功率为348W,液料比为22:1V/W时,茶多酚提取率达到29.0557%,与最佳值(29.0592%)基本吻合。经优化的石阡苔茶茶多酚的提取工艺具有提取时间短、提取率高与毒性小等优点。

Abstract:This article, with a view to exploring the optimal extraction condition of Shiqian Moss Tea polyphenol, using Shiqian Moss Tea as raw materials and distilled water as extraction solvents and adopting three-level-four-factor response surface analytical approach, establishes the feed liquid ratio, ultrasonic extraction time and temperature as well as the regression equation model based on the four-factor ultrasonic power and the tea polyphenol extraction rate. The result shows that the temperature is 75℃, the time is 38 mins, the power is 348w and the ratio is 22:1 V/W. The tea polyphenol extraction efficiency reaches 29.0557%, which is nearly consistent with the optimum value (29.0592%). After being optimized, the extraction condition of Shiqian Moss Tea polyphenol bears such merits as short extraction time, high extraction efficiency and small toxicity.
