| 摘 要： | 如何为我国现代化建设事业培育、输送更多的人才资源一直是摆在高校教育工作者面前的首要任务。通过对大学精神和高校思想政治教育、大学生精神状况和大学生“精神成人”等相关命题进行理性探究，提出高校思想政治教育与大学生“精神成人”的辩证关系，为高校思想政治教育工作者引导大学生成长成才提供新的思维视角。

| Abstract: | How to cultivate more and more qualified students for the construction of medemization is always the top priority over college educators. By means of rational analysis of relevant factors such as college spirit, college ideological-andpolitical education, the spiritual status of students and ＂spiritual gown-up＂, this thesis puts forward a dialectical relationship between the college ideological-and-political education and ＂ spiritual grown-up＂, which paves a new way for college ideological-and-political educators to help students to grow up healthily. |
