| Abstract: | In higher education it is still to be decided that which is right in the theoretical dispute between educational industrialization and non-industrialization. On the premise of following educational rule, marketization can be appropriately carried out in the transformation of high-tech achievements, the output of educational services and market management of logistic infrastructures, and all the managements also should be put into legal procedure. |
