借鉴多元智能理论开展体育活动的实践研究

摘    要:采用文献法和座谈法,对上海市川沙中学的体育活动进行调查与分析。总结该校借鉴多元智能理论开展体育活动的实践研究,实施体育教学改革具体措施,如对体育与健身课实施三阶段教学,进行“混龄教学”,开设选修课,实行“学分制”,开发校本体育教材,采用多元多维学业评价体育,开展丰富多采的课外体育活动。为保证学生每天一小时体育活动落实对策。

Abstract:By using the method of literature analysis and discussing, the paper invested and analyzed the current situation of sports activity in shachuan middle school. Summerize the practical study of setting up sports activity with multiple intelligences theory, take specific measures in physical education reform and put three stage - teaching into effect in physical healthy lesson , carry out mixed age education, set up elective course, put credit system into practice, develop school oriented teaching material, put multiple evaluate system in study, develop rich and colorful sports activities after school , put forward countermeasures to ensure the implementation of countermeasures about students' everyday sports activity in one hour.
