| 摘 要： | 以国际知名学者史提勒提出SWOT模型为依据，对重庆桐君阁大药房的情况进行系统分析，发现面对广阔的药品零售市场和国家政策扶持等良好机遇，桐君阁加快发展是当务之急，但在发展中必须高度重视目前存在的几大挑战：跨省经营壁垒、政府拆迁、医保定点困难、信贷紧缩及质量问题困扰；接着对桐君阁的内部条件进行分析。发现公司拥有著名品牌、特色经营和产业链完整等优势条件；同时也存在着经营毛利低、人力资源匮乏、物流制约等不利因素。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on a SWOT model, and makes a systematic analysis of Chongqing TongJunC, e chain drug store （TJG）.h＇s a priority to accelerate the development of TJG when TJG faced with good opportunities such as a vast retail market of medicines and national policy support and so on. At the same time, we must pay great attention to several current challenges： interprovincial barriers, government relocation, sentinel health difficulties, credit crunch and quality problems. Then this paper makes an analysis of the TJG＇s internal conditions, it＇s found that TJG has a well-known brand, operating characteristics and complete industry chain, but there are negative factors： including low margin, human resources, logistics constraints and so on. |
