| 摘 要： | 高校贫困生问题日益突出,国家、社会、学校在物质方面给予了贫困生极大的帮助,但是在管理制度、思想、心理教育等方面还存在着盲点。本文从管理学、心理学的角度探讨高校贫困生管理问题,并在制度完善、观念创新、思想教育和心理辅导等方面探讨解决的方法,从而使贫困生在物质、心理上双脱贫,使贫困生的管理真正做到规范化和人性化。
