| 摘 要： | 教育政策直接关系着整个教育过程,然而,在国家中心的话语模式和精英中心的决策模式下,公众人在教育政策活动中缺失,教育政策成为国家统治的工具。政策科学视域中的教育政策带给教育的是冷冰冰的政策,公众人迷失于政策之中。走向教育学视域无疑是教育政策制定中公众人回归的一条可行性途径。

| Abstract: | Education policy is directly related to the whole educating process.However,in the country-oriented discourse model and the elite-oriented decision-making model,education policy becomes a keen sword of the country’s reign as a result of the public’s absence in the process of education policy activities.What education policy in the view of policy science brings to education is cold policies,which makes the public get lost in policies.Taking the view of pedagogy is undoubtedly a feasible approach to the realization of the public’s return back to education policy-making. |
