| 摘 要： | 新四军军部所在地及军队的活动范围,不是在国民党控制下,就是日军占领区,敌、伪、顽势力强大.面对如此复杂的环境,皖南新四军加强自身建设,提高军队文化建设水平.他们积极引进人才,加强对军队广大指战员的教育培养,创立进步报刊杂志,扩大抗日宣传,促进了新四军的正规化建设,为抗日战争乃至解放战争的胜利,起到了一定的历史作用.

| Abstract: | The site of the New Fourth Army headquarters and scope of activities of the army, are either under the circumstances that the Kuomintang controlled, or occupied by Japanese aggressor troop. The enemy is powerful . In the face of so complicated environment, the N4A of south Anhui strengthens self-building, improves the military cultural construction level. They introduced talents actively, strengthened the education of army's officers and soldiers, created progressive newspapers and magazines, expanded propaganda of the Anti-Japanese War. That has promoted the regular construction of N4A. It plays a certain historical role in the Anti-Japanese War and even the War of Liberation . |
