| 摘 要： | 在多年的实验教学探索和改革中,通过对体育院系专业基础理论实验教学方法的研究,采用改变学生被动的心理定式;调动学生的积极性;开设综合性实验课;把科研成果纳入实验内容等形式,加强了学生能力的培养,提高了学生综合素质。为学生将来独立承担中学教学工作奠定了基础。
