| 摘 要： | 对残疾学生进行职业教育，有助于残疾人充分发挥自己的能力与特长，让他们有尊严地生活和工作，充分而平等地参与社会，对改善他们的生活质量具有重要意义。特教职业教育与高职教育有很多的互通之处。本文对在特教职业教育中引入高职教育的理念，就校企合作构建教学做一体化的人才培养模式进行探讨研究，以期促进特教职业教育的发展。

| Abstract: | To give vocational education to the disabled students, is helpful for the disabled to bring their own ability and speciality into full play, so as to let them have the dignity of life and work and be involved in the society fully and equally, which is of important significance to the improvement of their living quality. Special vocational educa- tion and higher vocational education have much in common. This article comes up with the idea of introducing higher vocational education into special vocational education. Meanwhile, it makes a discussion and study on constructing the personnel training mode of theory and practice integration through college-enterprise cooperation. |
