教学评价与高校教师职称评聘关联研究

摘    要:文章介绍了教学评价指标体系结构构成和教学评价应遵循的原则,并对某校教学评价结果与职称的关联性进行了相关性分析,得出了教学评价结果与教师职称的关联性较大的结论。

Abstract:The application of the means of teaching evaluation in college and university serves as an important marker leading to a scientifically modern management of higher institutions.Base on the analysis of our university teachers' evaluation mark,we found that there is a close relativity between teachers' mark and their academic.So we propose university should care about the teaching in evaluation and construct a scientific system of teaching evaluation.
