| 摘 要： | 当前新疆以中央新疆工作座谈会为契机，迎来了千载难逢的大建设大开放大发展的历史机遇，各项事业站在了一个新的起点上．然而和谐民族关系是党和国家落实各项方针政策的基础和保障，鉴于这方面考虑，结合当前新疆跨越式发展和长治久安战略的实施，提出了促进新疆和谐民族关系的几点思考。

| Abstract: | Currently,Taking Central Working Conference on Xinjiang as a turning point,Xinjiang meets a golden historical opportunity for large-scale construction,opening and development.And various undertakings in Xinjiang stand on a new starting point,however,problem of harmonious ethnic relations is still the basis and guarantee for the implementation of the principles and policies of the party and the country.Given consider this,and combined a precondition of the implementation of the current central Xinjiang’s leapfrog development and long-term stability,the strategies are proposed to build harmonious ethnic relations in Xinjiang. |
