| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料研究方法,以《周易》处理问题的思维方式来探讨对武术的管理策略问题,为管理中国武术事业的工作者提供一些管理原则和方法.研究指出:武术工作者要时刻观察社会时局的动态变化,及时捕捉武术发展的契机,全面深入了解与武术相关的信息,努力提高武术科研水平,以畏惧谨慎的工作态度,将过错迅速消灭在萌芽状态,以此随时准备着迎接武术的发展良机.

| Abstract: | This article,with the method of literature,studies the management strateges of Wushu through researching the mode of thinking from "Book of Changes" to provide some management methods for the management of Chinese Wushu.It is pointed out: Wushu workers should observe all changes of the social situations all the time,capture the development opportunities of Wushu timely,understand information about Wushu and strive to improve scientific research in Wushu,correct the fault quickly is nipped in the bud with fear of careful work attitude.It is ready for the development opportunity of Wushu. |
