| 摘 要： | 政务电子邮件日渐成为政府信息资源的重要组成部分,对其进行有效管理的重要性也日益突出。首先阐述了信息生命周期管理的概念及其六个阶段,在此基础上,提出了政务电子邮件信息生命周期各阶段的管理策略,并提出了政务电子邮件信息生命周期管理实施的建议。基于信息生命周期管理的政务电子邮件管理策略为政务邮件管理提供了理论基础和实施规范。
