| 摘 要： | 随着《档案法》的实施生效 ,依法治档已逐步成为一种共识。但在实践中 ,档案行政执法面临的困境也日益明显 ,如何解决这些矛盾 ,除了完善立法体系 ,提高立法质量外 ,档案部门的队伍建设也是非常重要的。

| Abstract: | With Files Law being taken into effect, managing the files according to law has gradually become a common sense. But the difficult positions, which the filing administrative law enforcement faced, is more and more obvious in practice. In order to solve these contradictions, besides improving legislative system, promoting the legislative quality, it is also very important for the filing administration to strengthen its team construction. |
