陕西省重污染企业技术变迁式转型升级路径研究

摘    要:以陕西省的重污染企业为切入点,从技术变迁的角度出发,通过分析技术变迁的内涵、特征和模式,重新定义出陕西省重污染企业的技术变迁的内涵和模式,进而提出陕西省重污染企业的三种技术变迁式转型升级路径:生产技术变迁路径、环保技术变迁路径、信息技术变迁路径;并进一步对路径的运作机理进行具体阐述,利用系统动力学模型对各条转型升级路径进行仿真模拟,结果表明三条路径对企业转型都具有正向影响,信息技术变迁路径带来的转型效果最优,且影响信息技术变迁路径的关键影响因素是企业信息系统上线率,故企业信息管理系统的引入和信息化技术人员的培养成为企业目前转型的重点。

Research on the Transformation Path of Technology Change in Heavy Pollution Enterprises in Shaanxi Province
Abstract:Taking the heavily polluting enterprises in Shaanxi Province as the starting point, from the perspective of technological change, by analyzing the connotation, characteristics and models of technological changes, redefining the connotation and mode of technological change of heavily polluting enterprises in Shaanxi Province. Putting forward the importance of Shaanxi Province Three technological transformation and upgrading paths of polluting enterprises: production technology change path, environmental technology change path, information technology change path. The system dynamics model is used to simulate the transformation and upgrading paths. The results show that the three paths have a positive impact on the enterprise transformation. The transformation effect brought by the information technology change path is the best, and the key influencing factors affecting the information technology change path is the online rate of the enterprise information system. Therefore, the introduction of enterprise information management system and the cultivation of information technology personnel have become the focus of the current transformation of enterprises.
