教师培训管理的有效性综合评价研究

摘    要:在教师培训活动中,教育主管部门、培训承办部门、授课教师、参训教师和选派单位五方实际上是教师培训活动中的"利益相关者"。对教师培训有效性的评价应该建立在相关各方的满意度基础上,建立一个以各方满意度为指标体系的的综合评价标准,并进一步检讨改进,寻求各方满意度的提升,形成教师培训体系的良性循环。本文通过收集各方的信息反馈,根据广泛访谈调查列出相应指标项目,并应用特尔斐法(DELPHI MODEL)确定相应的权重和分值比例,构建了有效性评估综合评价指标体系。

Abstract:in the teachers' training activities,the education department of government, Training undertake institutions, Teaching teachers, Trained teachers,and Trained teachers'school In fact are stakeholders. To evaluate the effectiveness of teacher training should be set up on the satisfaction of related parties and establish a comprehensive standard which base on the evaluation index system to parties'sat- isfaction. And further review improvement, seek of the satisfaction degree of the parties to ascend and form the virtuous cycle of teachers" training system. This article base on the collection of aU information feedback, according to widely interviews survey and lists the corresponding index project, application the DELPHI MODEL to determines the corresponding percentage points, constructing the effectiveness evaluation comprehensive evaluation index system
