| 摘 要： | 实训教学管理是实现高职院校实训教学的重要保证。当前高职院校在实训教学管理中,存在的教学计划实施困难、评价与考核制度不完善、师资力量的缺乏、教学模式单一等问题。应通过制定切实可行的教学计划、加强教学监督力度、培养具有丰富经验的师资队伍、推行工学结合的教学模式等方法和策略,以保证高职院校实训教学的顺利进行和实施。

| Abstract: | Practical teaching management is the important guarantee for the implementation ot practical teaching in higher vocational colleges. Ther~ are numerous problems in the management of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges such as hard-implemented teaching plan, imperfect evaluation and examination system,lack of teachers and monotonous teaching modes, etc. The article argues that the smooth progress and implementation of the practical teaching in higher vocational colleges calls for development of a series of approaches and strategies;which include workable teaching plan,strengthening the teaching supervision,training experienced teachers, and practicing work-study combination teaching mode, etc. |
