| 摘 要： | 对旅行社的调查显示，不断变化的旅游市场对人才的需求相应发生改变：个人能力强，工作态度好，有一定外语水平，人际关系协调能力强，具备团队精神，能理论与实际结合的人才深受企业欢迎。基于这些认识，湖南省第一师范学校旅游系对旅游专业旅行社方向课程体系进行了改革。

| Abstract: | The research of the travel agency shows that the requirement of the talents is changing according to the ever-growing tourism market: the talents with individual ability, good attitude to work, the ability of a foreign language, the ability to get on well with others ,the spirit of team work, the ability to combine theory with reality are warmly welcomed by enterprises. According to this, we inquire into the reform of the curriculum system of the tourism major. |
