| 摘 要： | 运用空间面板计量经济学方法，以中国31个省级地区1998-2008年的数据为研究对象，分析这些地区之间R&D空间溢出效应。根据R&D溢出特点，重新对空间加权矩阵进行了定义，得到了一个经济距离与地理空间距离综合的最优空间加权矩阵。同时，通过实证对比分析得出R&D经费投入对专利产出的最大贡献滞后期为2期。研究发现，无论是间接途径还是直接途径，R&D空间溢出效应都十分显著，并且这种溢出效应呈现出M-A-R外部性。在对R&D经费投入按照来源构成分为私人投入和公共投入后，发现模型估计的精度有明显提高，前者对专利产出的贡献明显高于后者，而且直接途径下的前者的R&D空间溢出效应也要大于后者。
