| 摘 要： | 和谐校园建设是中等职业学校落实科学发展观的具体体现,是当前学校改革、建设和发展中的全局性、战略性、先导性问题。本文从职业中学的实际出发,根据作者教学管理工作时间,认为＂问题学生＂是影响和谐校园建设的主要因素之一,从而提出了从学校、教师、学生、家庭多方面联动的教育机制来促进问题生的转化,进而促进和谐校园的建设和发展。
