| 摘 要： | 在查阅和梳理最近十多年国外关于员工创造力影响因素研究文献的基础上,从四个层面对影响员工创造力的因素进行了细分,从而对影响员工创造力的因素进行了系统的考察,对相关文献进行了框架性归纳,并对员工创造力未来的研究进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Based on the research literatures of recent ten years about the factors affecting employee creativity,this paper divides these factors into four different levels and makes a systematic exploration on these 7 factors.Relevant literature is summarized into a framework and future research is prospected. |
