| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校以就业为导向的办学定位和高技能人才的培养要求,高职体育教学必须从传统的、沿袭本科体育教学的模式中转变到与职业教育相适应的轨道上来.构建以岗位能力需求为核心,以综合职业能力培养为主线,多种组织形式并存的体育教学新体系,是高职院校体育教学改革的方向.
