| 摘 要： | 随着我国进入高等教育大众化阶段，高校出现多样化发展的趋势，同时也出现了趋同化发展的现象。针对高校趋同化的主要表现，从组织社会学、管理学、政策学的角度分析产生高校趋同化发展的原因，然后提出避免趋同现象的建议。
